Great location and condo
North Shore is an amazing place and this is perfectly situated to visit the east and west side of the island equal distance to Waikiki no matter what direction of travel so you can experience it all. The condo was clean and comfortable with only 2 minor things to note. The AC's are window units and only 2, one in each bedroom, none in the loft or living space. Also, we wanted to cook dinners so we bought stuff to oven bake only to realize there is not one pan that is oven safe, no foil either. We had to cook on the oven only. Very private unit, close parking spot, close to the pool and a block from the golfs bar and grill if needed.

Quick getaway
I wish we stayed longer. It was relaxing, clean, spacious. Everything that I expected. Very pleased with our short staycation. But we plan to be back again. How far in advance can we book?

Amazing location for relaxing family fun!
Our family had spent a few days in the hussle and bustle of Waikiki and were ready to relax. Kuilima estates definitely provided a beautiful much needed relaxation.
Our family loved the proximity to all the local beaches, the safety of turtle bay is a factor that helped us choose kuilima and we LOVED it.
The suite is well taken care of with a few things that could use some tweaking. The beds were absurdly uncomfortable. Pilly sheets made it even worse (just throw them out). If management could pay attention to the little things the stay could be even better. Squeaky ceiling fan and Screaming dryer.
Loved our stay would be happy to return to the area.

A peaceful place on the North Shore
We had a really nice time at Turtle Bay Pupukea. The house is clean, quiet, large enough and just 5 minutes away from the beach. Check-in and out was very easy too. The only downside was the construction work done in the estate.

We are a family of five. The site is perfect. Nice beaches, great restaurants, not too crowded, close to North Shore typical villages with food trucks. The buzz was total away from the city. We will be back!!!

Tropical Home away from Home
We had a wonderful time at Turtle Bay Resort. Everything about ot was just heavenly. Away from the overwhelming city and we got to walk in the sandy beach close by every morning. The beautiful fragrance of frangipani and pulmeria on the morning is what I missed so much. It was just like living in my own island back home in Fiji. We will be coming back soon. Thank you very much for making our vacation a beautiful memories that will be forever in our heart. Vinaka and Mahalo Turtle Bay Resort.

We use these condos quite frequently, as my husband has work in the area and I accompany him. This condo is clean enough and nice, though the sofa is not comfortable at all and there are no rugs to soften the tile floors, except in the bathrooms. There are queen sized beds, rather than king, but they’re pretty comfortable. We liked it.

Great, comfortable place to stay, whether you just need a place to rest your head or would like to relax throughout the day at the pool or looking over the golf course. Clean and tidy throughout. Minor trouble with the screen door, but didn't affect our great stay at all.

Just One Thing
Very nice unit -- the 2 bedrooms have portable window a/c. The sleeping area in the loft got quite warm and the ceiling fan clanked loudly. No way to adjust the speed on it. Had to use a different portable fan for any relief. Using the clothes dryer vents the exhaust air up onto the loft area, which made the discomfort worse. Otherwise stay was quite satisfactory.

Great location and very comfortable for a party of four. I would not recommend this to elderly or people with balance issues. No grab bars in first floor bathroom and stairs to 2nd floor are quite treacherous for elderly. The only other thing to make this a perfect stay would be new dishes, currently just a few mismatched plastic and ceramic plates, need a place setting for party of six since the rental site states 6 people max.

We had a great experience at this location. The only thing I'd want to be super aware of before hand is that the two twin sized beds are not in a room with AC. The only air conditioner is in the two bedrooms. The location was clear and easy to find. The property is clean and well maintained. I'd definitely recommend!

This condo was exactly as pictured. There were 4 adults and 2 children accommodated easily in this condo. The condo was clean and the lanai was great. It was supplied with enough essentials for the 6 of us...toilet paper, dish soap, etc. There are 2 A//C units in the 2 bedrooms which don’t cool the entire condo down should the trade winds die down, which fortunately only affected us for a couple times. We felt the condo was exactly like described. Couch isn’t very comfortable but it served its purpose.

The washer and dryer did not work well at all.
We felt the condo has not seen a good cleaning of the ceiling fan and corners. It needs a coat of paint and touch ups. Only one piece of seating furniture, so not comfortable for visiting in the living room area. The light switches were hard to figure out, and some need some TLC. For the price, the accommodation should be cared for more. No perks from the Hotel itself, for staying at these estates. Other than this, it was a good stay.

Turtle Bay Condo 2017
It was a great condo and we are thankful to the family who rents it out. We enjoyed our stay so much. But in this day and time and with the humidity heat index, why OH WHY is there no central air? We stayed upstairs in the loft and about roasted at night, 3 fans going at once. We loved the condo but will not stay at the turtle bay Resort again with out AIR!

Very nice last minute rental. Quiet area with ample parking and golf course view. 4 pools (heated) and we never had more than one other couple at the pool with us anytime. Nice tennis courts and we had a nice view of the not too busy golf course. Less than a mile walk to isolated ocean beach with good sand for little girl with bucket and shovel and shade for grandpa. Also could drive there and park.

Awesome family vacay
The condos that my family stayed in were all perfect! Everyone had a great time and we can't wait to go back. Wish It Could've Lasted Longer...
Location was perfect, conveniently near the pool, a short walk to the beach and the unit was fabulous. It is well-maintained, clean, the layout was perfect for my family of 2 adults and 3 children. It exceeded our expectation and we would do it again.

Its a good place for a quick get away.
We were given this place as a replacement for a place we initially requested to rent. This place was more than we were suppose to pay but we didn't have to pay the extra. The property management didn't really give us a comparable one we just got stuck with this. This place is full of tile and the floors wasn't clean well so we all had dirty feet walking around bare feet. Th fridge wasn't cold enough we had to put things in the freezer for cool it off. The bathrooms are nice and the bedrooms had AC but the loft didn't so some of us did suffer in the heat. If you want a short stay this is good because you can bare with the short comings of this place but for a long stay its would be the best place.

a nice quiet and relaxing villa on the turtle by resort estates

There was a problem with ants in the unit. The refrigerator did not work as well as expected, did not stay cold. The stairs was very dangerous as one of the wood slats was broken. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the unit was conveniently located.

Our unit was very tastefully decorated; I specifically chose it on-line but those guests who did not, some had very cheaply decorated units. Be sure to not leave this to chance! The loft with two beds was a nice surprise even though we used only one. Tiny ants were a problem. After hours check-in and check-out not helpful; we were lost in the dark and check-out instructions pool(drop in mail slot).

Loved our Turtle Bay Kulima Vacation
A word of explaination--we rented 2 condos for 8 days and had a wonderful experience! We were notified on Thursday before our Sunday check-in that the refrigerator in 112 was not working but that the repairman would be there on Monday. They offerred the use of the refrigerator in the next door condo for overnight which was satisfactory to us. When he came he notified the rental company that the part would take a week to get ordered and arrive. The rental agent then offerred us a substitute property as an upgrade. We were so thankful that we had chosen to rent through the agency instead of an individual owner as we would have had no recourse. Throughout our process of renting, Eni and other agents answered all our questions and put us at easee about gettingg properties unseen. We could not have been more pleased. We rented 112W for only one night and were then moved to 131W along with our originally rented 123W. The properties were very clean and nicely furnished. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

The office location seems to not clearly state how far the main office was. We did find it okay. But it should have explained that it was not on the grounds at all. Otherwise it was wonderful.

Turtle Bay Condos are perfect for Families
The Turtle Bay condos are perfect for family's with kids. We have family on the island and found this location to be a perfect. The condos have kitchens and they're very peacful. The Turtle Bay beach is perfect for kids and adults. The pools at the condos are very nice, but it would have been awesome if the condos had access to the Turtle Bay resorts pools (even if there was a fee...hint hint). The bottom line is the Turtle Bay Condos are an excellent vacation location for families and couples who want to be in a resort and near Honolulu.
