Great family place, highly recommend!
Our family loved our stay at this rental! Away from the crowds but close to all the north shore activities we wanted to do. Full kitchen stocked with necessities like rice cooker, blender, toaster etc. There was lots of snorkeling equipment but we had brought our own. There were 5 beach chairs which made our time on the beach much more comfortable! The washer and dryer in the unit is a necessity for our family which is very much appreciated. We used the bbq’s by the pool several times (they are charcoal so remember to grab some). Our unit was clean and comfortable, very family friendly. We don’t have babies but I did notice a pack n go in the closet that would be very useful if we did. The pool was close and convenient. The only downside to this property was no hot tub and a little dated. I would definitely recommend this place.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The condo had a great location. Near the pool, great lawn views, big and spacious. There are snorkels available, and our kids loved it.
The condo was a bit aged. I was hoping for basic necessities, such as WiFi (we were never given any password), seasonings, or baking pans. The refrigerator had to be pushed all the way in to work, and air conditioner (all three) turned on to feel somewhat cool.

Unfortunately since covid we no longer leave seasonings in unit but should have baking pans will be sure to check that. Refrigerator scheduled to be replaced. Hopefully your next stay will be perfect!

We had an amazing stay! The location is unbeatable and the property is very kid friendly. We enjoyed walking to the beach and having access to the resort. We will definitely come back.

Oct. 2021 Stay - Great Location
The property itself was amazing and in a great location. Check in and out was easy. My only big complaint was we had tried to get ahold on the property management to fix the AC unit in one of the bedrooms and nothing came of it. So we had warm air blowing out. We ended up not using it for the last 4 days we were there. It was fine because of the cross breezes we had if you kept the front and back screen doors open. It’s a 5-7min walk from the beach and 10min drive from the food trucks and 15-20min drive from the Polynesian culture center. It’s a fantastic location. The condo could use some upgrades, sink wouldn’t stop dripping, fridge had to be shut in a certain way or you’d open it up to a puddle off water inside, AC Cooler needs to be fixed, But even with those minor items. We’d happily stay in the unit again. We loved it.

Everything we needed!
The rental was great! Clean, equipped and quiet. The kids loved the pools, and the lawn out back. We needed to replace a broken toaster on the first day and they had it to us within hours. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Family Get together
We stayed for three nights and enjoyed ourselves. It was close to the Hotel where other family members were staying. It was quiet, and everything worked as it should. Would have appreciated more than one trash liner for the kitchen for a 3 day stay (with out having to drive to Foodland to pick up a big package.) There were some maintenance issues (bathroom paint peeling off of the walls - looked like water damage) but over all a pleasant stay. We would stay at this complex again.

Hawaiian Condo
This condo is a great value! We wanted to stay on the North Shore and away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. The unit was clean, quiet, as described. Kitchen was stocked with sufficient plates/cups/cutlery/pots and pans. Plenty of hot water. Turtle Bay Beach is a good 10 minute walk. Small pool steps from unit. Lei Lei's restaurant was delicious. 15 minute drive to the Polynesian Cultural Center and about 30 minutes to Kualoa Ranch. Lots of things to see and experience in the area. We would definitely recommend! Aloha.

The Pikake rental was very homey. I would recommend it for anyone visiting with children because of the cleanliness and comfort of the carpeted area for family activities. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was clean, and the closets were well stocked with extra blankets and pillows. I appreciated the comfort of the living area especially.

roomy condo
Our family stayed here because we had a wedding to attend at Turtle Bay Resort. This condo unit is close to it but a little too far to walk to the resort. Maybe because it was one of the hottest and muggiest weekends in a while but the A/Cs did not seem very strong. There was a vornado fans in one of the rooms so we moved it to the living room and it helped circulate the cold ac air a bit.
Lamps do not project much light so unit was very dark at night. It would probably help to have a ceiling fan with a light so it'll help the overall lighting in the unit.
Parking is close to unit and there are lots of guest stalls nearby.
There is a small pool near unit.
Overall we had a great time...just wish it wasn't so hot that weekend we went.

Great getaway for our 40th.
Had a great time at the Estates. Wife and I stayed the 1st night for our anniversary. Son and wife and daughter and child stayed with us the last 2 nights. Minor glitches were, no cutting board so we used cardboard from a beer case. Only 1 rubbish bag. Theses issues were resolved once we called the office. Other than that, our stay there was great! Enough kitchen supplies and room for all. Will definitely be back.

Last weekend in Hawaii
Came here for my families last weekend in Hawaii after being here for four years! It was a perfect way to relax , reminisce the last four years and be great full for this beautiful island !
The condo was perfect , it met our needs in every way! It was clean , and felt very home like ...cozy ! It was easy to get in the condo the grounds were beautiful and we all had such an amazing time ! Thank you for letting us stay here and add yet another lasting memory!

My family had a great time! My youngest son is already asking to go back. The property provided us with all the necessary things that a family with kids needed. Property was clean and very spacious for the the 5 of us! Besides having Mother Nature rained on us and the ceiling leaking, we still had a wonderful stay.

Our family rented two nearby units to spend the long weekend. Kids were able to go to the beach to swim and fish. Also they enjoyed the pool. Visited nearby Haleiwa Town and went to have shave ice as well as shopped at some local stores. Appreciated that they had a Longs nearby.
Cooking facilities made it easy for us to prepare simple meals and enjoy it leisurely at our unit. With little ones this helped with not having to sit at a restaurant. Will try to get adjoining units next time we book.

Overall environment of unit can be improved with better lighting and upgrades. Kitchen appliances were nice. Light outside front door was not working at all and large TV was not working upon arrival. Took us more than a day to troubleshoot tv. Few roaches. Would recommend unit with reservations.

Turtle Bay Condo
This was as advertised. No surprises. Some minor "complaints." 1) The A/C was not very effective. 2) There was no soap for the shower. 3) The hot water in the upstairs shower was difficult to regulate. These are quick fixes for the manangement. Otherwise v. clean, great views, and very quiet. A fine property.

Great two-bedroom condo on the North Shore
We have a great time staying at the two-bedroom condo. It was clean and had comfortable furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had a great time going to the pool and to the beach.
We ate great lamb curry from the Fiji Market and take out dinner from Laie Chop Suey.

A Piece of Paradise
We stayed at this condo for one week and had a marvelous time exploring the whole island. The condo slept six of us in comfortable beds and had all the supplies necessary for a marvelous trip. I would suggest buying more spoons but that was the only problem we had. Nice location on the North Shore and away from the crowds. We loved it!

Great place to stay for an affordable price. Kitchen was well stocked with lots of dishes, pots, cookware etc. We would've liked if the couches were pull out beds. Unit was clean and nicely decorated. Unit has board games, beach stuff, books, etc. Great parking which was in front of unit. Lots of guest parking. Check in and out was super easy.

I booked two days before arriving. I thought I was booking a different condo, one with actual beds in the loft area. The pullout couch in the loft was ok for a child. I don't think an adult could sleep comfortably on the pullout. Everything else was great! Condo was well equipped. Nicely furnished. Good location. I would definitely stay there again.

Estates at Kuilima Bay rather than Turtle
The one thing that should be clarified is the estates are not at the Turtle Bay Resorts I thought I would be able to walk from my condo to the beach. Other than that It is a beautiful place to stay, but you do need a car to get to the beach.

Overall I was very pleased with my accommodations. The unit was clean and comfortable. My only concern was the dryer wasn't in working condition when I arrived, however, someone came to repair the dryer, but it still didn't work after it was repaired. And the pool was dirty. I would recommend the kuilima estates, affordable and clean.

A great North Shore Retreat!
This unit is really a townhouse style with access to a nice outdoor patio, beautiful views of the golf course and mountains and an easy walk to the main resort. The place was very nicely furnished and decorated with thoughtful touches that really improved our vacation such as guidebooks, water toys, etc. We felt it was better than described in the listing. A great value.

Great for a family
We love 108 west. It is a great condo for a family because it is roomy, the couch is old but comfy, and it has extra stuff like towels, snorkels etc.
Our only gripe: Last summer we stayed and accidentally broke the glass on the table upstairs. We paid a $400 replacement fee. This summer we looked to see the new table. THERE WAS NO TABLE! There was new carpet however so maybe that is what our $400 paid for.

Good alternative to Hotel
I would recommend this condo with 1 exception. Condo was overall a good place to stay. While it was clean and fully furnished, the downstairs bathroom needs to be fixed a bit. The shower head was frozen and could not be moved, could not regulate water from faucet to shower (little button was stuck), grab bar for safety was broken, could have used rubberized bath mat for safety. Otherwise, it was comfortable.

Fantastic Getaway
We were on the North Shore for a friends wedding at the Turtle Bay resort. This condo was so convenient as we could walk to the resort, parking was always available, and the condo was nice and spacious with a great view of the golf course. It was very well maintained and clean as well which was great. I would definitely stay here again when I go back to the North Shore!

I would highly recommend this estates to everyone because of its beauty and the location being close to our event. It was very family friendly and even the neighbors were very friendly that were next door visiting too about the same length of time as our ohana. The management is awesome and very accommodating to the request of our guest. Just a fantastic stay and would come back every chance that we are permitted too. (Checking on a excuse to return and build up our funds too.) Mahalo a nui loa and Aloha.
