The location of this rental is what makes it worth it. The property is decent enough, but maintenance and cleaning could be improved. When we walked into the unit, there was a puddle of water next to the refrigerator. We called the management to report it and they said they would send a maintenance person, but never did. We just wiped up the water regularly and it was okay. The dryer was also on its last legs and made the most terrible noises. Finally, as for the cleaning, the unit looked clean at first glance, but honestly was not. My feet were black from dust on the ground and it was clear then no one had swept under the bed in a very long time. My recommendation is that if you are okay with "decent" and want an affordable location in Turtle Bay, then this property is just fine. If you are looking for something special, then it is probably not for you.

Poor lighting in the bathroom. The main light in the living room doesn’t work and the fan elements are missing (remote?). There is a leak under the fridge. I had a clog in the kitchen sink when I was using the garbage disposal and there is no plunger. Luckily my husband is a “handyman“ and he could fix it. It would be nice if there was a flyswatter. positives: Very close to the pool, the bed is very comfortable and it’s nice to be on the ground level we’re from the patio you can take a walk on the golf course path or go to the Lei Leis restaurant. It was important to us to have a king size bed so it would be nice if that was in the description of the property. I had to call and ask.

We had a great 4 days overlooking the golf course. The property was conveniently located to experience the north shore. The restaurant on site was an added bonus for a delicious take out dinner. Management made it very easy to check in/out. Codes and keys. No need to go to the office. We will definitely be back.

This cute little condo is well maintained and sits right on the Fazio Golf Course at Turtle Bay. It is steps away from Lei Leis restaurant, and a short hike to your choice of beach. The hotel in the complex is the only resort within reach for miles. Loved the location of complex. This init is close to the pool.

Location was great. Our unit could have used a bit of upkeep but the bed was comfortable and everything was clean . Management company was professional.

We love coming to the north side of Oahu. More our vibe and BEAUTIFUL.

This is my second stay at this condo and would stay there again. The photos accurately depict the property. The condo was very clean. There were a few upgrades since my last visit such as new lamps in the bedroom, new upholstery on the dining room chairs, etc. The condo has two ACs but even with the hot weather I didn't need to use them. The orientation of the unit allows even a light breeze to keep things comfortable. The kitchen appliances are in good working order and there are adequate utensils for cooking. Pest control is difficult in the tropics but I saw no critters. I contacted the property manager with two small issues and there was a quick response. The only suggestions I have are to use brighter light bulbs in the living room and repaint the bathroom.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this property. The photos accurately depict the condo. Check-in was a breeze but if you plan to arrive after dark, make sure you have turn by turn instructions. A night time arrival will also require your smartphone’s flashlight in order to enter the access code. These after dark instructions apply to any property at Turtle Bay and in no way diminish the desirability of this one. Hawaii is clearly a tropical environment and ants and other critters can be hard to totally eliminate. However, I didn’t even see a single ant during my 11 night stay. One reason I selected this condo was because of AC in both the bedroom and living room. I’m from an arctic area and was concerned about the heat. I never turned on the AC because the trade winds kept things nice and cool. The condo’s location provides easy access to the beach as well as the many activities at Turtle Bay resort such as surf lessons, horseback riding, Segway beach rides, tennis courts, helicopter tours, rental bikes, hiking trails, and excellent restaurants. Be sure and check out Lei Lei’s! Pay particular attention to what the owner provides in the way of soap, paper towels, TP, shampoo, etc. I’ve seen reviews where guests are upset that certain things are only provided in limited quantities. The owner is very clear on what is and what isn’t provided. Read the information they provide you! As constructive criticism, I suggest increased lighting. The bedroom had one low watt CFL light fixture on the dresser which made it difficult to find things in the dark. Inexpensive small lamps on the bed’s end tables would solve the problem. I also suggest switching the condo’s many CFL bulbs with LED bulbs - 800 lumen bulbs would suffice. LEDs use less electricity and last longer for the same number of lumens. If my experience at home is any indication, LED bulbs provide excellent lighting at minimal operating cost. Would I stay

We just needed to get away for a couple of days and it was her birthday. We try to get out to Turtle Bay as often as possible and always love the quiet time we get.

Enjoyed my stay very much. Great location and just as described. Will definitely return

Overall we had a good experience, a few enexpensive things would have made it much better. Upgrade the couch, it’s verry uncomfortable. The weather wasn’t great requiring us to stay inside more then we would have liked, a comfortable couch would be nice. Provide more towels. Paint the bathroom, the walls are speckled with white dots and the wall behind the toilet needs repaired. Upgrade the cable package, a movie Chanel would be nice. The unit was clean and well maintained. Just a few things I would suggest.

The only disappointment was the AC was a little loud and was not cold.

We had a wonderful time, our Condo has everything we could need so close to the resort with dining options and ofcourse the Bay, highly recommend.

Excellent. The condo was very clean and well appointed. The location is close to Lei Lei's golf course resturant. The views from the lanai are relaxing. Only disappointed I had is the description did not advise us of 2 sets of stairs from the parking lot and to the condo. Close to the pool. Bed had a good quality mattress. We spent 2 wks. in this condo and were very comfortable. The exhaust pipe of the dryer does not lead outside, so the condo, particulary the bedroom gets very humid...wet quilts and sheets which was disappointing. 2 air conditioners which were needed. Our family of 4 adult children (rented 2 other condos) fit around the dining room table for dinners. Lighting needs to improve in dining room and living room (for reading). We had a great vacation.

Great condo. Had an ant issue but taken care of very fast. Otherwise a complete, well supplied unit. East access. We would definitely go back Quite as well.

It was great. Having to rent a few of these rentals for our vacations is always a pleasure. Can't wait till the next vacation

Great location

Pleasant Condo in very nice and safe area. Clean and comfortable (a little bit dated) but very clean. Fully stocked kitchen made meals very convenient. Located beside the beautiful Turtle Bay Resort Hotel. Beach is beautiful and within a short walking distance. The only complaint was that the Pro Bowl players were at Turtle Bay Estates for 2 of the days we were visiting and the resort was on lockdown. Security was tight and it was uncomfortable to even walk to the public beach. This was no fault of the condo owner. We were able to visit the resort bar and restaurants the other 2 days and it is definitely worth the visit.

The extra charges add up. It would be better if cleaning charges and taxes were displayed with the initial description. There was no coffee.

Cindy Files is wonderful as always. She is so easy to work with and very accommodating.

It was pretty cool. I wanted a quiet comfortable space where I could work between surfing and reporting on the event at Pipe and 33W fit the bill nicely. Everything in the condo was clean and functioned just right. Property management was professionally handled though I would suggest a key drop-off in the immediate area of the condos might be a good idea, rather than driving several miles out of your way on departure.

i had a great time at turtle bay, got some fun waves there and up down the road at sunset beach. the condo was clean tidy and had everything i need in there. the view out to the golf course was nice and provided an open feel to the place. id would stay there again. the ladies at the realestate were very helpful when i turned up a day early and got me in that day, high fives to them.

A relaxing stay. This condo is close to the pool which we enjoyed each day.

We were very glad we booked a hotel room for the first night so we could go to Oahu and then talk to the rental company. They let us look at three units. This one was far better than the other two. It was bright and clean looking without a bunch of tired and bad décor like the other units.

The air conditioner is only in the bedroom and it has a loud rattle. Some nights we didn't need it when the breeze was blowing, but a few nights it was very necessary. It would sure be nice to have an air conditioner in the main room/kitchen as sometimes it was needed.

Having a nice big smart TV with broadband internet for downloading movies was a real plus.

It is a 10 minute walk to the water, but it is sure cheaper than the hotel or the waterside villas. It has a great view of the golf course and not of the other units.

It has a good quality king size bed with nice linens.

Overall this unit was very nice and clean. It is located near the entrance to the pool, which was very convenient. The screen door in the living room was left open (it does not lock) which let in a nice breeze. The only downside was there is an a/c unit in the bedroom which made a ton of noise, used it for only a few hours the first night.

Overall the condo was really nice - we chose it due to its clean look with wood floors, modern furniture, and washer and dryer in unit. I was very appreciative of everything the owner had thought of that we'd need such as coffee filters, laundry detergent, etc. The a/c in the bedroom worked very well, although the one downside of the condo was that there was no a/c in the living area. It could get pretty warm in there in the afternoon. Also, we would have appreciated if the management company cleaned the floors better - our feet were pretty dirty after a couple hours, however they were very responsive, nice, and professional. Overall, our stay was fantastic! Highly recommended!!

Clean condition, wifi and tv works great.

Pool security was lacking during the day, children in adult pools, although excellent at night. Kicked us out 9p.m. only time kids weren't there.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and nice. We had one concern, the A/C wall unit was very noisy. Only complaint. We will be visiting again! Thanks.

Screen door needs to be fixed. Screen door would not stay shut after locking it. you could pull it open from outside.
Upgrade the tv to flat screen digital and put a blow dryer in it.
Other then that my stay was very nice.

The stay was great, the Condo was clean fully stocked and had a beautiful view. The Lanai was perfect, just the right amount of sun and shade. I would recommend this particular Condo to all of my friends.

Last minute trip was saved by the lovely woman that runs the management office.

just like the picture. loved the location close to lei lei's and close to the road down to the resort beach. calm, nice green view/scene from sitting on the couch.

The apartment is very good. It`s only needs a new Matress and a wi fi internet. There is only by cable!
