Nice little condo, great kitchen and living area, which is a good change from motel stays.
A little dated in some areas, but nothing too bad.
Easy walk to Turtle Bay beaches and walk across the first hole to Lei Leis bay and grill, easy drive to Haleiwa for food.
Only downside was WIFI wasn’t working.
Good communication from the property management.
Overall pretty good place to stay, would recommend and would definitely come back

We had a great time Turtle Bay Fazio First Tee 13. Exceptional location provided easy access to the North Shore beaches, hiking, and golf. We love the North Shore and this location is hard to beat. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay.

Exceeded Expectations!
Our family had a wonderful time staying at Kuilima Estates. The property was very clean and beautifully decorated. The location was great, close to the beach, pool, nature trails and restaurants. The rental company was easy to work with and very friendly. This was our first visit to Oahu and we didn’t want to go home at the end of our visit. We can’t wait to come back!

Overall it was a wonderful place to stay. Minus the rental company supplying minimal basic necessities for a 6 day stay, it was a perfect location and condo. The condo is walking distance to the restaurant and beach.I would stay here again.

Wonderful winter get away
Condo's proximity to the resort's resources, i.e., restaurants, trails, etc. is a major plus. Could use a new mattress and couch. Fan controls were a mystery. Lanai slider was difficult to open and close.

We have stayed in 6 or 7 units over the years and this one was the best by far. Very clean and updated. Loved the location right next to the 1st tee of the Fazio course and 50 yard walk to Lei Lei’s restaurant. The Bed was very comfortable. The shower was great. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and utensils. 2 nice flat screen TV’s.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Checking in and out was so simple, the location was perfect, the house itself was in a secure lot and so clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and comfortable condo; great location
Beautifully appointed unit that's obviously well-taken care of. The kitchen was well stocked (but the knives incredibly dull). The bed was soft but firm with plenty of pillows (but bedding was a bit stained and worn). AC unit is only in bedroom -- the rest of the condo was incredibly hot. Our two young kids slept in the main room and were pretty sweaty. I wouldn't recommend for more than two adults (and young children). So nice to have beach towels and equipment included (though chairs were rusted and unusable). The location was perfect for exploring North Shore and La'ie. We loved the nearby beaches that offered decent snorkeling. We ate in every night, so no idea about the restaurant scene. There were pools and tennis courts on the property, but no instructions on how to access them. Overall, I'd definitely recommend and return to this beautiful place!

An excellent choice!
We had a great stay at the Fazio first tee condo! It was so much more affordable than staying at the resort, and we still got to visit every day as it was only a short walk away, and still enjoyed and utilised the hotel’s bar and restaurants. The condo was easy to get to with the instructions provided. The only frustration upon our arrival was that the gate code provided was not working, meaning it took us a while to get in. We tried to call the Estates office but no luck, until we eventually got onto security and they let us in. I have read about this occurring in other reviews so it might be a common thing they need to address. Once in though, the door code to the condo itself worked no problems. It was actually very handy having this code and not needing to remember to take a key all the time.
The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed inside. We cooked breakfast each morning and it had everything we required to allow us to do this. The furnishings were lovely and new, the kitchen was especially nice. The bed was comfortable and we slept quite well, though the louvered windows in the bedroom did not close properly, so we did hear some outside noise. The bedroom light also didn’t work, but we just used the lamps on the bedside table instead.
All in all though we really enjoyed our stay at this property and would certainly consider staying again!

This property at Turtle Bay was perfect for our stay on the North Shore. It was updated, clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need and the bed was very comfortable.
We had no issues checking in and parking was convenient.
The only issue we had, which seems to be a design flaw with the condo’s design, is that the dryer does not vent outside (it vents back into the condo) and although it vents into a pan of water, using the dryer significantly heats up the condo. This is a small thing though and would definitely not deter us from renting here again.
A minor maintenance repair would be to fix the lock on the lanai screen door.
The location is perfect. The lanai is private and looks out onto the golf course. It is only a short walk to the beach and a short drive to all the North Shore has to offer. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

Great Escape in Oahu

Home in Hawaii for a week��
The gate code had did not work, but after we were giving the Fob, it was easy.
The Management Company did address every question and problem quickly and effectively. The location was beautiful & convenient with Lei Lei’s delicious right out the door Restaurant ��. I tried to do laundry and had a problem with our clothes being locked in the washer. It took 2 day to get them out and re wash them before we left in another unit��... But it all worked out in the end in the nick of time... Beside that, it was A perfect Home for a week in Paridise��.

Beautiful, Clean and Modern!
The property was exactly as described - modern finishes, very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. We especially loved the large open kitchen with the huge island! We cooked a lot, but the restaurants at Turtle Bay Resort are in walking distance. It has beautiful views of the golf course, access to pools and A/C in the unit. Checking in and out was a breeze. The property management company was very professional and easy to work with. Its the PERFECT place to stay for a North Shore getaway. Highly recommend!

Immaculate Rental at Turtle Bay
The updates in this suite are gorgeous. It was perfectly clean. Our friends who stayed in another rental had the opposite experience, with soap grime, aging amenities and decor, and loads of dust everywhere. The master bed was extremely comfortable. The pull-out wasn't comfortable for my 13-year old, but her cousin (age 9) thought it was fine. The fan remote for the main room did not have batteries that worked, so we couldn't adjust the fan, and the room was too warm the first night. Then the weather cooled. The management staff finally came 2 days later, to investigate the sliding glass door which easily got stuck, and said they didn't have that type of battery. I don't think this type of purchase should be up to the guest - it should be taken care of by the management, and these things should be checked prior to each guests' arrival. Also, the day I arrived, the management staff left before 4:00 (I arrived at 3:57). Although they had left emails and instructions, I hadn't realized it and was a bit panicked. Cellular service isn't great on the north shore so I hadn't received messages.

Paradise Found
The condo was everything we had hoped for. Clean, classy, well furnished and supplied. Close to the beach and trails. We loved the Kahuku Point trails, with private beaches along the way. Lei Lei’s restaurant was right outside the back lanai, well within walking distance, and had a festive atmosphere. We enjoyed the Turtle Bay Resort’s “Surfer The Bar” for nightlife, food, and music. We also enjoyed the poolside bar. Haleiwa is a short drive, with many restaurants and shops. Giovanni’s Shrimp Truck is also nearby and delicious. The tennis courts at the condo were free to use (we rented racquets and balls from the adventure center). We would definitely stay at this condo again! Wish I was back there now!

Wonderful condo in great location.
We loved this condo at Turtle Bay. The location was perfect if you enjoy walking on the trails or hitting the beach. The condo was clean and well kept. The king size bed was a little on the soft side, but perfect if you love the kind of bed that hugs you back. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Kuilima staycation
Nice and clean with an enclosed patio/lanai. A/C in bedroom was okay, was not as cool as I would prefer. May need to be replaced soon. With tradewinds, you can get a good cross breeze when in the living room otherwise it can get hot.

This place is beautiful! If you can book it, book it. You are right on the Turtle Bay property with access to a lot of resources. The pool is just steps away. It is easy to miss, I did. I would stay here again. Note: My friend also stayed on the property and her place did not compare to this at all. She wished she booked through The Estates like I did.

Honeymoon Vacation - AMAZING!!!
We stayed in Oahu for 10 days (flew to Maui for two days to get married in the middle of our stay) and had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful property Fazio First Tee 13 at Turtle Bay. We wanted to stay on the North Shore to be away from the crowds - it was the perfect location for an absolutely amazing vacation and honeymoon. The property was exactly as pictured/described - all amenities were present and all anticipated needs were met.
The washing machine wasn't working (broken part and not at all something anyone could have known or planned for) - we called the property manager, they had an appliance repair specialist at the property that day and the repair completed the next morning. The only reason for the 24 hour delay in repair was because a special part had to be ordered. Exceptional service and a seamless process. The only way we even knew they had been there was because it worked again.
We will definitely book this property for a return stay in Oahu. If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful and zero maintenance setting - this home is an ideal choice.

Spur of the moment family trip
Me and my wife decided last minute to join her parents who happened to be staying at Turtle Bay Resort. Nice and Clean! Steps away from Fazio Course.
Property was nice and in a quiet location. Comfortable for our two night stay. Might need an A/C unit in the living room on hot days, but, bearable with fans. Ate at Lei Leis at the golf course, which is less than 100 yard away. Kitchen is fully equipped, if you'd rather cook "at home."

Have been staying at turtle bay estates for many years. All the units we have rented have been great, and the rates are very, very inexpensive for the amenities the units provide. Clean, comfortable and equipped with modern kitchens, TV's, etc. 013 West was no exception, and it's location by the number 1 tee on the Fazio course made it convenient for us.

This rental was absolutely perfect in every way. It was clean, nicely furnished, and had many practical amenities (i.e., large and CLEAN washer/dryer, kitchen appliances, kitchen utensils, etc.). The check-in check-out process was easy even when done after office hours. The turtle bay area is beautiful, but a little far from the more "established" areas of Oahu. Overall, this rental was absolutely amazing.

Review of 013 West
The condos are a great alternative to staying at the Turtle Bay Resort Hotel. All the amenities were as described. The condo was clean but there was a little dirt around the edges. I was not able to open the sliding door to the patio. The customer service was great, as check-in and check-out at the Kahuku Sugar Mill office was very fast. Mostly I spent time with my friends who were attending the wedding. I would definitely recommend this property for someone visiting the North Coast.

We had a fabulous time at Turtle Bay Resort! Very relaxing and felt very comfortable in the condo. It was so nice have the little things supplied for us: beach towels, toilet paper, bar soap, kitchen things etc.

Great condo right by Turtle Bay
We arrived here after a less than satisfactory experience in a Waikiki hotel and we are very glad we did. Great condo, plenty of space in a nice community right by the beach with restaurants and good food nearby. Glad we moved to the North Shore for the rest of our stay.

West-side condo stay
We stayed three weeks and the rental was newly redone and very clean. It was a short walk to the hotel and very close to Leis Leis restaurant, which we love. I felt the dishes and the pots and pans were and general housekeeping supplies were adequate. We have stayed in the east condos many times and this worked out well for us.

Great place at Turtle Bay
Spent 3 nights here in mid-November 2013. Nice place. Clean and well appointed.
The drawbacks are the couch in the living room, which is horribly uncomfortable for sitting on. The bed, was way to soft for our preference. And it was a little annoying having the noise from Lei Lei's bar every evening.
That said, we enjoyed our stay, and wished we had stayed longer. Nice place.

Great for Business Trips Too
I reserved this unit for a business stay while I was working on the wind farm up the road in Kahuku. Perfect location and an excelent place to get a good nights rest. The pool in the complex was a great place to relax after a hard day's work.

Our vacation was very good. We were celebrating our anniversary with no kids with us! The condo was great. It had everything we could ask for. All appliances were in great shape. We only had two small issues that both had to do with plumbing. The shower handle needs to be replaced. Also, if you turned the hot water on by itself in the bathroom sink it would shudder and then turn off. Other than that, we would definitely stay there again!

Great North Shore Location
Wow! Why would anyone stay in Wikiki? We LOVED the slow pace of the North Shore and this condo was in a perfect location (last row of condos before getting to the resort). We were a 5 minute walk to Turtle Bay Resort and this condo had all the amenitities needed for our stay (it does have a hair dryer!!). Only complaint I could have for the property is that it does not have a jacuzzi on site...only a pool. The jacuzzi would have been nice to relax after a hard day of vacationing! The property management location down at the sugar mill was a little inconvenient for returning the keys - but not a deterrent for staying again. We definitely recommend this location.

Manager Response: Wish we were allowed an office on the property, but it is residential and not possible. Our office is less than 5 minutes up the road.

If you want a nice place to base your North shore expeditions, Turtle bay is a great place. If you want to hob nob with the folks at the club, it available. This was a fun place, quite and very comfortable. Our Condo was 1/2 mile from the resort and beach.
This place is accessible via Honolulu Bus system. The bus will drop you off within 200 or so yards of the complex. So you can ride from Honolulu for a few dollars.

Our stay at w13 in Turtle Bay fully lived up to our expectations. We accommodation was well furnished, clean and comfortable in an excellent location. It was very useful having access to the hotel's restaurants within walking distance. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a holiday on the north shore.

The location was really nice that we could see a beautiful golf course and the lanai was comfortable to spend long time in there. The interior was renovated modernly, nice and bright color. We like this property so much that we will choose it again for the next time.

Relax on the North Shore
Our villa was nice. We had air conditioning in the main bedroom and the house was clean. The main room is hot if you're hanging around the house but other than that, it was a great place to stay and I will definitely book with Turtle Bay Estates again.

My stay @ Turtle Bay 013 West
I got married at Turtle Bay Resort and had over 60 guests at my wedding. Most of the guests stayed in this Estate but I will say of all the condos I visited, this had the best interior. This is a well maintained,contemporary furnished condo. I loved it so much. I recommend this condo to anyone trying to rent a place in this Estate. You have nothing to improve on as far as I'm concerned..this #13 condo is fantastic.
