Wonderful Location
Overall everything was great! The screen door did not move smoothly and the screen needs to be replaced. It allowed for bugs to get in and would be an easy fix. My daughter had bug bites on her arm after sleeping. I wished there were a few more amenities in the kitchen. Salt and pepper would be helpful. The location was great. Easy to get everywhere. I recommend the Turtle Bay Hotel for sunset and drinks! We never did see the property manager as they were out sick.

An excellent 2 bath/2 bedroom condo on golf course.
Recently spent 3 nights in the golf course condo. It met all our needs as our base to tour North Shore area. We were required to make a $250 deposit to insured we did not damage the condo. The deposit was refunded within time stated in agreement. This condo was clean & furniture was in good condition. The exhaust hood over stove was in real need of replacement or extreme deep cleaning - thus my only suggestion for improvement!

Lovely spot in Turtle Bay
Clean, fresh and well appointed. Everything was so easy and we had an amazing view of the grounds. Nice option to have a kitchen to cook in and a washer dyer. Saved $$ on food by bringing our own and stopping at the grocery on the way in. Pool was very close and well kept. Lovely condo and highly recommend.

I spent Christmas week here. It's a very nice condo in an excellent location. Bed is comfortable and the condo has everything we needed for making breakfasts. Kitchen is fully equipped. It was great to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. My niece slept in the loft bedroom and said it got a bit hot up there during the night. That room doesn't have a/c but the main bedroom does and I used it at night. I think this is a good condo but without a/c besides in the master it would be very warm in the spring and summer months.

Wonderful view from balcony. Unit is well stocked and very clean. Very convenient to golf course and Turtle Bay resort. Most days there was a pleasant breeze to cool the unit, which is necessary. AC limited to master bedroom and AC unit is worthless. If no breeze, it is a bit stuffy especially in loft. Regardless, a wonderful unit for a group of 4 and good value.

Overall the suite was great. It was too hot to sleep in the bed upstairs in the corner, so had to sleep with the windows open and on the couch. It was still very comfortable.
Surprisingly, we couldn't find any beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella which are typically available in the rentals. We managed for the 4 days that we stayed there.

Convenient place to stay!
This is a great place to stay for the budget. The location is convenient to Turtle Bay activities and is a short drive to Laie, Kahuku and Halaewa.

Great family stay
If your after a home away from home, very clean, beautiful breeze, over looking the golf course , upstairs condo with main bedroom, kitchen, living area bathroom , then upstairs on a mezzanine level 2 single beds and ensuite which our kids loved! Great for family’s, loved being on top level , no noise very quiet, close to pool, very secure , private car park, close to main Resort & beach.

Wonderful stay at Deep Blue
Although a little dated, the unit was clean and tidy, with all the amenities we need. Great location on the North Shore without the resort price. Nice and close to local eateries. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had all essential utensils. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice place. Beautiful view of the golf course. Tucked away from the parking lot. 10 minute walk to Turtle Bay. Staff on site was super friendly and ensured we would have no issues during the very busy 4th of July weekend. Could use some TLC as there were a few minor things that could use some updating. Bathroom towels were threadbare and stove had a nonworking burner. Had an issue with the WiFi the first day but it was fixed quickly. Would love to come back again.

One week in paradise
We checked in on July 1 and checked out July 7. The condo was beautiful and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed and the unit was in good shape. We had one issue with the wifi and management sent someone out to fix it that same day. The only downside is that the unit was very hot and stuffy - as it was July - and a few more fans might have helped - but it's to be expected in the tropics. One thing to keep in mind - there are giant beetles in Hawaii. I learned this the hard way. Not the fault of the location - just something to be aware of.

Great location, fun condo!
Great location. Near all the North Shore places to visit. Close to Farmers Market. Walking distance to bus stop. Condo had cool lay out and quiet neighbors. There is a bike security guy that is a little over zealous, but at least he's on the ball. (: Enjoyed it and would stay here again!

THe condo was a good value for the money. Cownstairs was comfortable, however the upstairs was nearly intolerable during the day and just tolerable during sleep hours. No cooler upstairs which is where it should be due to the good cross drafts available downstairs. I would rent a condo from the estates in the future but be a bit more picky with room arrangements.

Good vacation rental
Altho it's been over a year since we visited and we are now being asked to give a review, I have fond memories of this unit. It was very comfortable for my family members and we are returning again this summer, altho not to the same unit.

Super Clean and Comfortable
We were very impressed at the cleanliness and the comfort this condo provided. The two queen beds and bathroom upstairs were great. We had recently stayed in a very upscale resort on another island and felt this condo was equally as nice. We appreciat the great service we received. It was a superb rental.
