The upstairs bathroom is appointed with a walk-in rain shower for that extra tropical feeling. The living room has an all-leather queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress for extra comfort. The living room also has a 45-inch wall-mounted (smart) TV so that it can be viewed from the kitchen, living room or the screened-in lanai. The kitchen has all new appliances: refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave and is fully equipped. The kitchen also has a large pantry for stocking up. Easy walk to the beach
This is a great vacation rental. Very clean. The first floor has 2 portable AC window units. The 2nd floor is extremely hot and no AC units on second floor. My daughter and nephew did not seem to care about the 2nd floor. We enjoyed the pool and easy walk to the beach. The sunrise at the beach is beautiful. The property is missing smoke detectors and has a running toilet on the first floor. The front door slams when you try to close it. The next-door neighbors do not like that it is a rental property and can come across rude. we enjoyed the kitchen and had breakfast every morning. Over all we enjoyed our stay. The property is very close to lots of restaurants and food trucks.

Beautiful Location
We loved the location and the layout. It was perfect for our family. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for the week. The neighbors were very friendly. We loved that we were within minutes of some of the best beaches and they were not very crowded. We come to Hawaii a few times of year and this is the first place we have stayed with so many flies. We are used to gecko’s or bugs. Every night we would kill at least 15-20 huge flies. We all had large bites from them.

Excellent condo!
We absolutely loved staying in this condo. Its obvious the owners have put a lot of attention to details and have created a beautiful and complete vacation home experience. Everything we needed was there. It was nice and clean and there were ample linens and towels, all stark white and perfectly clean. The photos do not do this unit justice, and the views out the windows and screen porch are of pristine nature. We spent more time on the screen porch than expected because it was just so peaceful and relaxing. A big thank you to the homeowners and the staff (who we never had to meet due to easy contactless checkin processes) because their efforts still showed in every inch of that condo. We would happily stay here again and would highly recommend to everyone. Its a quick easy walk to Turtle Bay restaurants, sunset bar, and beaches. Easy to park, secure gated entrance. So close to all fun things on the northshore, yet just far enough away to not be living in the high traffic areas. Just a perfect experience for us. THANK YOU!

A second home but with palm trees!
This property is nice. It’s clean and has a great beachy vibe, I did call about a leak in the bathroom sink and no one called me back. I found the booking and information easy and enjoyed the experience there. I also liked the location cause we don’t mind driving and checking out the view. We also liked being away from the crazyness of the city.

Our New Favourite
We have been staying at Kuilima every spring now for about 15 years. There have been several units that we have really liked and have stayed in on several visits. Aloha Nui Loa is now our favourite. We all loved how the owners have reconfigured the upstairs bathroom and that the kitchen has been updated. The better quality furniture, linens and finishings appreciated. The lanai is a little more spacious and we enjoyed the view of the golf course. I think what makes these condos especially nice is that there is space between all of the buildings. The surrounding mature gardens are quite lovely to walk around and the pools are always beautifully maintained. Thank you all. P

Nice unit for the North Shore Area
We would stay here again. We were impressed with no sound coming from the neighboring units. It was nice to have a washer and dryer so we didn't have to pack home wet swimsuits. The kitchen was lovely - all new. The unit gets a little warm in the evenings, the window a/c units helped a little but still made sleeping somewhat uncomfortable. It could use some new flooring in the carpeted areas. BUT for the price- we felt like it was GREAT!

Everything was extremely clean and welcoming upon arrival. Although this condo is a little outdated, it was still very comfortable and a great value for the price. My major recommendation to the homeowners would be to fix the faucet in the shower, it is loose and makes getting the right temperature a little work.

My family and I stayed in 151 West for 3 days and it was better than we expected. Very cozy and very clean. The kitchen was stocked with all the equipment and utensils we needed to have a meal in. There was so much room for a 1 bdrm condo. More sleeping areas than needed. We were lazy and didn't want to climb the stairs to the loft so opt to use the pull out sofa. I can't say enough good things about this condo. Also, the extra floor fans were much appreciated in the loft area, even though there WAS a ceiling fan up there...the extra fans came in handy! We would definitely stay in unit 151 again!

Very lovely property. Everything you need away from home was there in the kitchen to cook. The place can actually accommodate 7 people (one queen, 3 twin beds in the loft and pull out sofa in the living room). The Turtle Bay Area is beautiful. The only thing negative to report is there is no wifi, but Internet is available if you plug in.

GOOD EXPERIENCE
We arrived after 9 PM so it was a little difficult to find the right condo as the tiny sign is hard to see at night. The condo was clean enough and as pictured. There was some confusion as to whether there was 1 or 1.5 bath and the wifi. The rental contract said 1.5 baths and wifi and if this is one of the things that makes a difference for you it has 1 bath at lower all fairness it was correctly advertised. We went for my niece's graduation from BYU and I found myself doing a BBQ for all my other family members(they were staying in Waikiki Hotel)and some of her friends. The condo was well equipped with bowls serving trays etc. I had to buy a brush for BBQ sauce and left it for the next person. It was a very comfortable homey environment and all went great. The snorkeling at Turtle Bay was fabulous and we ate at one of their restaurants and it was pretty good. My main gripe was the key to the pool gate. It did not work on my gate but it did work on the one opposite gate on the other side which would not have been such a big deal if I wasn't carrying trays full of ribs and burgers. The next day they were cleaning our pool and we were sent to the next closest pool to finish items left to BBQ and our key did not work there either. If you intend to cook the only condiments or seasonings are salt and pepper. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and none of my guests wanted to leave.

North Shore apartment - great for small family
Lovely upstairs apartment with two sleeping areas, one for mum and dad, and the other upstairs loft for the children. Nice view of the golf course, swimming pools close by and good facilities. Only negative was the lack of WiFi for internet which makes it difficult for tablet users.

The kitchen needs updating.The cupboard doors did not want to stay closed. Plus The kitcehn table was broken and there was only 3 chairs and there was 4 people. The carpet should be torn out as it collected lots of sand and bugs. The location to the tennis courts and pool 3 was excellent.

Smoke and fire alarms went off three times. I understand that in Hawaii, certain wind conditions activate them. Would have liked to know this at the onset. The TVs need an upgrade..and the grounds or facility managers need to do something about the tiny ants. They were in the kitchen all the time.

A relaxing time
We come up to Turtle Bay Estates once a year for spring break because it is such a relaxing getaway. This unit was nice except that the shower head in the bathroom was so high it left a puddle in the bathroom. Also the unit is kind of close to the main entrance to Turtle Bay and there is a decorative strip now on the road which makes a rumbly sound everytime cars drive over it. But all in all it's a nice unit. The beds are comfortable and the loft is a fun place for the children.

Many people coming to Oahu like to stay in the Waikiki area, the fancy resorts, the views of Diamond Head. For us, Waikiki is too much hustle & bustle. That's why we love staying at the Estates. Peace & quiet, laid back atmosphere, a great place to stay. Looking forward to our next visit.

A good place to stay away from busy Honolulu at decent rate
Overall condition of the property is good with exception of a couple of things; 1) kichen cabinet doors above the sink need a repair to stay closed and the master bedroom curtain needs to be replaced since it was hard to open and close. Very good and quiet location to stay if you do not mind driving to Southern and Western part of the island for activities. This particular property was with one (1) bathroom and wished if it were with one and a half (1.5) bathrooms.

I definitely enjoyed my stay and thought the location was great. The property was well maintained but I could not get used to the ants. I realize that they are pests, and are difficult to get rid of, but it is not impossible.
We stayed on the weekend so didn't have much interaction with the property manager. However, all of my emails were answered in a timely manner.
