The patio looks out onto the first tee of the Fazio Golf Course, and is about 100 yards from the golf shop and LeiLei's Bar and Grill. The condo has a computer and wireless Internet access. There is no phone in this unit. The living room futon is full size in addtion to the 2 bedrooms and the loft. The condo has two TV's, with DVD and VCR also. The small swimming pool with charcoal grill is about 50 yards away. It is about 2-3 blocks to the beach. There are 2 window air conditioners, one in each bedroom, and you can also leave the front and back doors open, turn on the ceiling fans, and get a nice island breeze. Enjoy.... Aloha
